Automatic 3G Connection via VAIO Smart Network and GlobeTrotter Connect

Thank you for this forum and its helpful posts.

Setup: VAIO VGN-TT11WN/B, Windows Vista Business (German).

I am trying to establish a 3G profile using the VAIO Smart Network. I open the main window of VAIO Smart Network and go to WWAN Settings. There I go to the WWAN Profile and under WAN Connection Application I choose GlobeTrotter Connect from programms > sony > globetrotter connect. I than hit ok and connect to WWAN hiting the symbol which lights up green.
But nothing happens and I still have to execute the globetrotter connection application manually in order to connect to vodafone network of my SIM-Card.
Am I doing something wrong or isn´t there a way of automating this procedure with just one click of the WWAN Symbol?

scheinen hier keine Schnellantworter zu sein - was?

oben nur das exefile eingeben
in der 2ten Zeile nur den Pfad zum Verzeichnis
dann auf aktivieren drücken

die Pin muß man jedesmal eingeben da habe ich noch keine Lösung vielleicht mit den Optionen...

Der Start dauuert allerdings eine Minute nach dem drücken des smart network WWAN button und bei Globetrotter muß man trotzdem connect drücken

Danke für deine Antwort. Ich habe das Problem allerdings schon anders gelöst. Nach dem neuste Update von Globe Trotter Connect habe ich das Programm einfach im Autostart gelassen. Jedesmal wenn ich nun WWAN im VAIO Smart Network aktiviere werde ich automatisch mit dem Internet via 3G verbunden. Selbst die PIN bleibt gespeichert. :smileygrin:
