Viewing itv player/4OD

When i try to watch either on demand services on my KDL NX723 the browers asks me to upgrade the adobe ? How do i go about doing this? Is it possible? Thanks.

ITV player and 4OD are not supported on 2011 TV's. See FAQ for more information.
