Removing Info Banner from xe70 tv

I just got a 49" XE70 TV. 

Is there a way to fully disable the info banner? Every time I change the channel on my YouView box, I get the infobanner appearing at the top, but I don't see an option to disable it.

I'm sure there's the option to disable it on my slightly older Sony TV.

Hi @andybarratt2650 - I've checked this for you and it's not possible to disable the info banner on that particular model I'm afraid.

I discovered the solution.

The problem was with my HT NT-5 soundbar. I had to turn some settings off on that.

I know this is an old post, but what settings did you have to turn off on the HT NT-5 soundbar? Struggeling with the same issues and would like to check if it is the same.
