OK I have been give this TV by a family member.
KDL-42EX443 - 2011/2012 Model
I have connected the network cable, and when testing the cable connection and Internet Connection both indicate
'OK' and it says that the tv has now been connected to the Network.
Thing is that even though connected, I'm unable to find any Browser or App. I also cant see any thing on the remote that indicates how to switch to browser or app.
Don't understand that the set has a network socket connect to a hub, but the tv seems to have no browser or app. Help please. Serial no - 5704169

Tried Factory Reset, still no app or browser. Is the network cable connection just for system upgrades perhaps?

That's a bit strange. Can you see any application under all apps?

There's no All App's selection or tab, nothing at all relating to online content
