Hi last night I decided to watch catch up on ITV hub unfortunately I get the adverts then I get this message.
I've tried Retry and nothing happens I've also tried soft reset plus switching TV on and off with the router.

Hi exactly the same thing has happened again after the adverts the program I'm trying to watch does not play.
Working again.
