Help - my Freeview HD Channels have vanished!

Please can anyone help me find my Freeview HD channels?  One moment I was watching the football on ITV HD (Channel 51) then suddenly the screen went black and on screen appeared a yellow triangle and the words "This Channel is not available".

The model of the TV is a Sony Bravia KDL-46HX703 - I have tried auto retuning (both Normal & Full) and have also done a firmware update to the latest available version from the Sony website.

I would be grateful for any advice to recover the HD channels.

Hi, There was a Freeview channel shuffle today. The HD channels have moved to 101 onwards. If you have done a retune, you should find them there.
