Switch off Setup Guide notification

Whenever I power-on my SE Xperia Arc, the Setup Guide will appear in the notification bar on top of the screen and I have to clear it manually.  Is there anyway I can switch this off permanently? Thanks!

go to settings -> apps -> all apps and look for a demo app, tap on it and see if you can stop it, I don't have such app
