Yesterday i was clearing my handphone from cached since its saying my phone memory is low..i dont have any apps to uninstall, thus i keep deleting any cached that i found in my apps (Clear Data and Clear Cached)..
i was clearind the data from unused apps like googletalk, roadsync, wisepilot and others.but somehow, when i reboot my phone(another problem: when i turned on wifi, i cant receive any messages,so i turned off wifi and reboot my phone), there's a notification saying that roadsync is disabled, turn off the device, if problem presist, uninstall and install again.
and then it started to reboot itself for god knows how many times already! i have to turn off the phone before the notification come out to avoid from rebooting itself.
i tried to find the Roadsync preinstalled in my file explorer (system>app) but i cant find it..is it the wrong file?
and even if i found it, i couldnt click on it because my phone will reboot..
can i do it from my PC?
please help me!

Definitely do restore the backup, this should not occur again.
To be honest in this case it would be easier for you to run a software update on your handset to attempt to resolve this issue.
thanks for the immediate reply...i will do that.. if i have any problem, i'll get back to you..
No problem, please do let us know how you go with this.
