Lock Screen Problem .... Help

When i press the power Buttom the Screen Backout, but never get locked, even that i use security passowrd, but it never get locked, suddenly this happens, besides having all Contacts un reachable to call, when i receive calls i can see contacts but in phone book Nill (no contacts at all), all of this happened suddenly, SomeBody Heeeeeeeeeeeeelp

run Backup & Restore (backup everything)

then repair your phone with Update service

I did Backup but still nothing, now the phone switched off while the battary is not Empty, and the when i try to power it on, it gives the vibration, but nothing else happens .......... no lights no screen nothing just no power

how long do you wait after it vibrates before you take the battery out?

repair your phone again (but this time take the SIM card and SD card out and leave them out untill you are done repairing and your phone has turn on)

I've Been waiting like 4ever, then now when i try to open it, it flashes in red and don't open, like the battary is empty, while it was full charge minutes after this weird thing happen, so is it a power problem, or software problem or battary problem or mem. card ?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :smileysad::smileysad::smileysad:

power issue, try to connect your phone to the wall charger and double check if it charges the phone

the problem is am not at home, am at work, i have no cable or recharger right now, so am waiting to go home, and how am gonna reinstall the update if the device don't wanna power on !!

when i put it in the recharger, left it for a while then tried to power it on, it gave the vibration then nothing happened like b4 .....
