Impossible to install backup & restore after the update

Hello,

Yesterday I made a backup file with the sony ericsson program "backup & restore" and after the update i can't find this tool on the new version of android.

I tried it with the URL behind the QR-code on the ericsson website. The download was possible, but when I want to install this tool then the phone says the application is not installed.

Please, can anybody help me?

Hi,

I have tried all the steps on that but I just can't seem to get it working!  The thread is getting a little messy - is there anyway we would have just one post in a thread that it locked with a step by step guide for noobs?

Hi !!!

Sry for the waiting.

1. You have to download the backup & restore app with the following link.
     http://www.megaupload.com/?d=I5CJUPJV:

2. Then you have to connect the phone with your computer and put the file on the SD-card.

3. Then disconnect the phone from the computer.

4. Search in the android market after an app called "oi file manager".

5. Open the app and looking for the backup app.

6. Install it and you are finish.

hi there i'm having the same trouble with installing the backup and restore app and the link u added for megauploads isn;t working now so is there any thing else i can do?
