How do I transfer my musicfiles from my macbook pro to my neo?

I have a lot of trouble transferring my music files to my neo. I have tried different ways with USB-cable and bluetooth but still no result. Tried to download Sony Ericssons Media Transfer Program but still no success. When the salesman offered me the phone I specifically asked him if it was compatible with my mac. He said no problem. Please help me in a step-by-step way.

yes that the file I used. The mac can´t find my phone.

that is that the program attached to the link can´t find my neo.

There are some troubleshooting tips here that you might find useful.Otherwise, try redownloading the application and see if that helps.You could also try restarting your phone while it's connected or restart the mac while the phone is connected.

on your neo

settings -> sony ericsson -> connectivity -> USB connection mode -> Mass storage mode (MSC)

connect your phone -> drag down the notification bar -> mount your SD card and then just drag the music files into the root of the SD card or the Music folder
