help:i can not see the content of my gallery after turn off & on again

hi i cannot see the content of gallery and music player after turning off and on my phone.what shall i do?all the things are on memory but i cannot see them neither the gallery nor music player.

i used media go and shut down the phone again and this happen every time i do such a thing

install a File manager

and see if you have access to the SD Card

another way is go to

Settings -> Storage -> under SD Card do you see any info? if you don't then your Arc is not recognizing your SD Card

Turn off your phone, take the battery out, take the SD card, check if there's any dust on the SD card or the SD card connector

if it comes to worse you can Repair your phone with Update Service

Make sure you install Backup & Restore App

just to play it safe sync your contacts w/ google if you haven't already

open your phonebook

press MENU button

-> tap on Send Contacts

-> select all

-> send it to your email

on your computer

-> download the file

-> go to your gmail

-> click on contacts

-> click on more actions

-> on the drop down menu click on "import"

-> choose the file

-> and click import

i did all these things but its still the same,i think this might be software issue

alright, then tru Update Service and see if that solves the problem, btw do you have 2.3.3 yet?

yeah.before the update i didnt have this problem but now i dont know what to do,gallery start reading the sd card and then it shows that i dont have nothing!!!!

yeah I have a similar issue after the update but after I turned it off it got sorted out, you can repair it and that should solve it
