I was updating my Xperia X10, and accidently dropped it on the floor so it unplugged. Now I have a red exclamation mark on startup, and neither SEUS or PC Companion can detect my phone.

Hi, have a look at the troubleshooting page, http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/mobilephones/troubleshooting/subject/upgradeinterruptedbefor....
Try the above method with both PC Companion and SE Update Service. Just be aware that you need not have to turn on your phone if you use SE Update Service.
Good luck.

Can't believe that I missed that, thanks.
It's weird though, now I can't update to 2.3 anymore. It only updates to 2.1.
Glad that your issue is resolved. Did you mean that your previous update is Android 2.3?
Well, it all hapenned after I read that X10 was getting Android 2.3. I went to update with PC Companion, and it started. That's when I dropped my phone. Now after I fixed it, I can only repair, ie. I can only get 2.1.
I see .... as stated 'The roll out is phased (we have currently issued around 10% of the scripts) and they will all be made available over the next week.', probably it's not 'your turn' yet. By the way, did you receive any notification for the update?

Well, the thing is, it started updating to the 'Gingerbread' version, before I repaired my phone. Nothing has changed in my Service Info, so I don't understand why I suddenly can't download it. But, I guess it is not my turn yet, as you said. When I called Telia, they told me it's not yet released in Denmark by them.
Glad that you have sorted that out.
