12 Key keyboard

Can anyone tell me how to use the 12 key keyboard for SMS input on the Xperia Play?

just download this keyboard from the market

once you do so go to settings -> language & keyboard -> check the better keyboard -> tap OK

open your messaging app -> tap on the white box as if you were to type a txt -> long press the white box -> tap on Input method -> select better keyboard
