Xperia m4 not turning on or charging

My xperia m4 just stopped working. It will not turn on or charge. Can anyone help please

@jazlus, I agree with what @uliwooly wrote, your device will need to be examined at an authorized service centre and your Local support team will assist you further with this.

@RyceNcurry, I'd recommend that you start with removing your SIM and/or SD card from the device and then see if you are able to boot it up again.

If you still can't boot it up, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that all data stored on the internal storage will be deleted and since the device can't be booted up and unlocked, you will not be able to create a backup.

but the thing is xperia companion failed to repair my device may be the phone is not charged upto 80%. If i tried charging it it's not charging instead keep looping sony logo and turn off. I don't feel like it's charging. My phone is dead now anyone can help me?

If you are unable to repair the device using Xperia Companion, I'd recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team so they can arrange a repair for you.

hi...last day i charged my phone 100% and after that i was using my phone..suddenly it turned off and it's not starting anymore...i tried pressing power button and volume up button together and also the little shut down button near sd card...now i can see a little purple light on the notification bar only..i think my phone is also not taking charge...I don't know about the charge actually because there is a purple little light...this notification bar's purple light is also not that bright as usual....

Hello everyone, I'm sorry to hear about your Xperia M4 Aquas not starting up.

@tomasmuller, if you haven't tried charging it for a couple of hours using the cable and wall mounted charger included together with your device, I'd recommend doing that to start with.

If you still aren't able to power it on, see if you are able to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion, just so we can make sure that this is not caused by the software in the device. Do note that all data stored on the internal storage will be deleted.

Did you send the device in for repairs at an authorized service? That is what I would recommend that you do if you have tried all the other troubleshooting and your Local support team will assist you further with this.

So i have this problem also.  I tried putting it on the system and the computer can't find it at all with the volume button down or anything.  Anything else i should try?

Hello, my phone had stuck on blue screen with animation while booting, i performe software repair using xperia companion precess finisht and it seid that process had failed. Since then my phone only start and stuck on sony screen logo. Before i could start my phone on flashmode and connect it to xperia companion and emmy now after using xperia companion for first time now it dosnt recognize anymore. basicly xperia companion brick my phone. My phone Xperia m4.

It randomly died.  No light when plugged in, except for a red light i get occasionally which stays until i press the off button. Ive tried power and volume up, no vibrations.  Same goes for holding power for two minuites. I wont get pc/local support access for a while, and NEED my phone working. Any suggestions are appreciated.
