Hi,
Im hoping someone can help me.
I tried to update my xperia m4 aqua to the latest version using the xperia companion app on the pc. I connected it up and it got so far before it said it failed.
Since then the phone won't boot up. I've tried using the phone repair option through xperia companion as well but not having any luck, as it also keeps failing.
The phone now wont boot up and has a white background with sony in black writing.
It did managed to boot once but it seems that wifi and mobile network signal are not working....
Hoping someone might have a magical fix up their sleeve!
Cheers,
Dave
first charge your device using the wallmount adapter for 1-2 hours
then perform the software repair again one more time..
i have the same problem ,
tried charging it for 2 hours and then repair it again with pc companion
but it only tells me software repair error

i tried but it gives me this message
nope, i don't know how to do that , i just updated it's software yesterday morning,
says it need to update first before i can upgrade it to marshmallow, but after the update it gave an update failed message
