Hi @9553314944, sorry to hear about this.

Can you try and restart your device in safe mode and see if you are able to access the Settings menu in here? If you are able to do so, go to Settings > Apps > tap the three dots in the top right corner > Show system > scroll down and find "Settings" > Storage > Clear data > OK (while the device is still rebooted in safe mode).
