Whenever I am trying to chnage my lock screen. I am getting error "setting has stopped working" and I am not able to change my screen lock.
I have updated my phone to Android 6.

Same problem on me. This was suspected after that Marshmallow update (if I just only knew this would be the result!). I've tried booting on Safe Mode, Repairing with PC Companion, and etc, nothing happens. Additional problem occurs, my phone was unable to Auto-Rotate (won't work anymore).
Sony, please do an update that fixes this bugs. Review that Marshmallow update, I think there were problems on it. And if you may, please release ASAP. This would really affects your product qualities! This should be fixed!

Have you been able to update your device to the latest available software version 30.2.A/B.1.21? Do you still receive the same error message when you try to change the screen lock?

I am on the latest updated version and I am aslo facing the same issue. This is my last Sony device ever. I regret wasting my hard earned money on this piece of crap. Ever since I have updated to marshmallow thins device is making me insane. Now i can't lock my phone becaause whenever I try to put a pattern lock my device crash.
I pray to god Sony Mobile section gets closed soon at least we don't have any faulty device just like viao.
Yes. My phone build num30.2.B.1.21 and still errors the same. What if you'll just going to give us procedures on reverting the android version of our phone to its original version of android? I got a problem on Landscaping the orientation view of my phone as well. Proximity sensor is not detecting anymore. All of these problems are all because of that updates! Sorry but lot of us getting trouble because of that update!
I heard about that "Flashtool", is that safe? If so, since that's the only way as of the moment to get back to our original OS version, give us procedure on how to do it.
Don't advice us to bring our phone to your nearest center if you will never replace our device. It would be a GREAT WASTE OF TIME if we'll just surrender our device to your centers, wait for how many weeks, but no resolution to give.
