tienes que detener las aplicaciones que instalaste al iniciar el problema o antes y borrar algunas de Sony y si quieres la vuelves a instalar. Si persiste el problema tienes que volver a borrar esa apk que instalaste y te genera problemas. Muy probable que sea Facebook aplicativo el que genera el problema o Chrome que consume recursos innecesarios y hay uno mejor que se llama Ópera !!
