Sony xperia m5 update could not install

I can download the marshmellow update but when i click on install i get an error it says Could not install the new software version. Try again. I tried couple of times downloading the same update but it still doesn't install.

Hi I've recently got a notification to install a new software update for my Sony m5 it downloads and the fone restarts but then gives me an error saying cannot install new software please try again later I've tried so many times but it's the same can anyone help me

Try repair your smartphone with Xperia Companion, if you don't have latest version of Xperia Companion first update it

The software update does not work on PC Companion. You will receive a notification error code 0 × 803d0020.
I think there is some kind of bug. When the update is downloaded (OTA), it stops responding and the message Sony Mobile Communications can not be installed

Is there a solution to this? This is annoying. This has been 3-4 months already.

This is the situation with this Sony Xperia M5 in Finland. You can not update this phone at all, and we have tried to upgrade the Xperia Companion (PC) too much. Could you do something about it Sony ???
