Sony Xperia m4 ram broken

Hi i have sony experia m4 aqua

I kept the phone on charging while it was switched off after a while i tried to boot up but its not booting 

I went to mobile repair shop their they said the ram is broken down

There are important contacts and files present in my phone please help me to recover the files the files are not backuped please help me please!!

If the phone doesn't turn on I don't see why they will say the RAM is the problem; I'm afraid that if the phone doesn't turn on there's nothing that can be done to recover data stored on the internal storage
