Hello,
I'm experiencing some problems with my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua E2303.
I have problems with te Wi-Fi, the signal is not that strong ( Even if I am 1 meter away from the router, I start losing signal, a thing that did not happen to me before and I was in the same room and with the same router), the Gps is not showing me an accurate location( I tried to switch on every mode, but it did not work) so I can't operate with Google Maps when I need it(The blue dot which shows my location doesn't move, just stays in one place, and also, I booted into safe mode and the Gps test through 'Diagnostics'failed).
I'm thinking to replace the antenna board, hoping thet the problems will be solved.I need some opinions about this from some experienced people. And also i would need a new thermal shield because the phone is getting extremely ot while browsing on the internet(something usual, not gaming or something).
Thanks,
Matei
It seems that you have myriad issues

Did you ever contacted Sony >>> Local support ?
Keep in mind that replacing the motherboard will cost almost the same as a new phone.
Thanks for the advice! The front camera is working now, I haven't done anything to the phone ,the 'switch camera' button reappeared on the screen, so I'm happy with it as long as it works . I think it was just a bug or something, but I still have the problems with the WiFi and Location, so I will contact the Local Support
Thanks again,
Matei

Try to change router channels. Sometimes they are messed up and you have poor signal.
To prevent you from looking for clues on where the (heck) actual receiving antenna's are in your Sony xperia aqua m4, here's the deal....they're all in your back cover a.k.a. battery cover.
When replacing make sure you gently and slightly grind these surfaces (tip of tiny screwdriver) before glueing back. You phone connects to those with flexible pins. Make sure these stick out slightly above your opened phone since these will be pushed down to make the connection.

The picture at the very top of this thread with the pointing finger is wrong. This piece (outlined in red) is a cooling strip, and thus has NOTHING to do with your communication receivers.
Also the so called coax-cable is not your actual receiver for WiFi. It just transports the received signal from your back cover antenna's.
