Please assist both my simcards is working in other phone but not in my M 5 dual please help me I need my phone.

have you tested a differen SIM card with your phone?

Hi @Lb10, sorry to hear about this.

Do you not get a network connection or does the device not recognize the SIM cards and you don't have to enter the PIN code for either of them (if you have this activated)?

As @uliwooly wrote, trying with a different SIM card in your device is a good place to start.

You also mention that neither of the SIM cards work, is there any change if you just insert one of the SIM cards instead of both of them?
