How to disable safe mode in Xperia Mobile

I have Xperia M mobile but i dont how i got safe mode in my handset but now i want to disable safe mode.. but i dont have idea about it... Please tell me how it can be possible...

i already replace flex cable but still in safe mode.. i don't understand. whats wrong with my phone..my volume down button still didn't work... i hate it..please help me...
