I have purchased 2x Sony Xperia M5 Dual phones, great phone but I can't do volte.
I understand the phones are water resistant, I don't think so. The first time water ever touched my phone was by accident (a couple of drops) while I was trying to record a video, the screen flickered for about 2 minutes until I swithched the phone off to dry. Being a technician myself I understand the concept on how things work in the technical field and this phone is not water resistant. Another point is that both of my phone ear pieces crashed 2 weeks after each other (phones being just under 2 years old), this is due to extensive over heating of phones on short term usage, earpiece has 2 arms that connect to board, both right arms are broken. Camera is great but not outdoors at night when I go camping with my family, the stars are not to be seen like on Samsung and many other providers. All my years I have purchased Sony due to quality but I am having second thoughts due to no support from Sony in Cape Town South Africa after shutting down.
COULD YOU PLEASE AT LEAST SUPPLY AN UPDATE FOR VOLTE ON M5, that is the least you can do for your loyal supporters all over the world.I have read through all the complaints on your website regarding volte and spoken to my service provide (Cell C), it is your software that needs to be attended to.
