Alarm clock not ring on time

I've faced this problem many times before. But I waited new update solved this problem. But despite I updated my phone's software to 30.2.A.1.21, this problem has not solved yet. For instance I set up my alarm clock 6 a.m, alarm ring 6:04 a.m. I set STAMINA function when my battery level is lower than %15. I plug my phone charge before I go to bed, it is mean that my phone in charge all night and my battery never lower than %15. So I think this problem is not caused by STAMINA mode. Thank you for your interest.
Best regards!

Did you have the opportunity to also try what @nolramlb suggested above? @SW6

Hi, I bought this phone M5 to my wife.

She has the same problem, some days the clock works fine, at time, other delay 1-4 minutes, random.

System reset 3 times, deleted all applications, disable some Sony apps...

Nothing works....

In fact, installing AccuweaAccu new app make phone bricks and system error appears, making impossible to working with it. Finally in the 3rd time I deleted all the phone I didn't install this app.

After almost 2 years noone has a solution for this clock problem?

Hello,

I've had my Sony experia xa1 for two months now and this problem has been happening with mine randomly since I first got it. Alarm set for 5:20 but went off this morning at 5:24

Is there no better fix yet than setting to manual and clearing the cache?

Cheers.

I tried  manual time, clearing cache stopping app and resetting the phone, still alarm was 2 minutes late this morning. p.s. Phone was fully charged.

What next, deliberately set it earlier ?

In my case is a Xperia M5.

Clock time set in manual mode. 2 weeks ago some automatic update jumps on the screen, I doesn't see a version change in Android Version but something was worng before and now Alarm seems to works on time.

Years later this is still a problem on my Xperia XA1 Ultra. When Sony does things right, they have a good product. When they do things wrong, the problems never get fixed. I have been having this problem for a long time. And I've been having a problem with the Xperia Calendar for even longer. The Xperia Calendar does not show the correct day for holidays when you click the holiday. I have complained numerous times to Sony, but they just ignore.

I've cleared the data and have the clock on manual time and again it was 4 minutes late this morning making me rush to make sure I catch my 6:01 bus. The phone has also had a software update during this time.
