Recently got a X800M2. I notice that the Media server video works but oddly won't see any Video files on My Cloud EX2 ultra that were created by my Mobile phone, in MP4 format (H264) - it will only see videos created by my Arlo cameras instead.
Photos and music work as expected as does disk playback.
Seems there isn't any new filrmware for other 1 year now.
