I recently purchased a Bravia Model: KDL-32EX403. I also have a Toshiba HDD Recorder Model: RDXS24SB. The Toshiba is not High Definition. The HDD recorder has 2 Scart connections and also a composite video connection. I can record both SD and HD signals from the Bravia, but I can only watch the channel that is being recorded, eg; It is not possible to watch ITV1 while recording BBC4. Even if I set the Recorder to record the HD signal, then switch to Analog, the Recorder records what is being viewed on screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
