Ht-A 5000 soundbar +SW3 sub woofer pairing issues

I recently added sw3 subwoofer to my HT A 5000 soundar and XR TV.

when i first set it up the subwoofer and soundbar connected no problem and continued to function correctly for 2 days.

I then lost the connection between the subwoofer and soundbar and have been unable to pair the 2 again despite resetting the soundbar.

There is no bluetooth device listed on the soundbar.

my phone and ipad pair to my soundbar just not the subwoofer.

Any ideas please?

Pull all the plugs from the wall and wait a minute , the back again , use to work , if not , go to the settings on screen again !

I noticed the the IR windows sits at backside of the HT-A5000 , so i manage to put some small "mirrors" there  that reflex the IR signals , and now the problem is gone for me
