Hi All,
I have today received a Sony Bravia Theatre Bar 9. I have not ordered this. I have not requested to review it as part of the Sony Product Testers panel. The paperwork provides no indication of why I have received this or who ordered it. I have checked my bank accounts and there is no apparent fraud (and seems unlikely as I've physically received the goods themselves).
Who do I contact at Sony to understand why I've received this - yes I could easily keep it, keep quiet and enjoy a £1400 sound bar, but I'd rather do the right thing. I'm struggling to find any chat links/telephone numbers or otherwise to get in touch with them.

I would try Sony Support Consumer Electronics If they con't help you, they should be able to point you in the right direction.

If you are in a Product Testers Panel, then you must have been given some way to contact them, so I’d use that,
My favourite bedtime reading is a Sony product manual…
