Hissing from centre speaker
Just set up A5000 and I’m getting a constant hiss from the centre speaker, if I uplug the lead it’s ok. Have I set it up wrong or is there a fault?
TV is a XR-85X90K with the HT-A5000 soundbar, I used the auto setup and reset it and started again but cannot get rid of the hissing!

As you provide no details of what you have set it up with, or how you have set it up, it’s very hard to answer 😢
I’d lean towards ‘fault’, but perhaps if you could provide more background, we could give a better answer?

Can we assume that you are running an HDMI-with-Ethernet High Speed HDMI cable from the HDMI Out (eARC) of the TV to the HDMI Out (yes, Out) on the soundbar, and you have got Bravia Sync active on both devices?
If not, reconfigure things accordingly, and try again.
If that’s how it is, then I’m still leaning towards ‘fault’, especially on a new device that has not been working OK previously.
