Hope that someone will be able to help. Equipment is as follows: Sony KDL40ex713 TV, BDP-S370 Blu ray player, Onkyo 607 Amp. The problem I have is as follows: an MP4 file on a memory card, when when plugged into Blu ray player sound will play but no video, plug card into TV plays no problem.
Player plays all DVD's no problem-as well as all menu's displayed on TV OK etc
