Sony conversion of Account

Hi,

I received an email from Sony about change of their European base. I was asked to transfer my account forthwith.

I'm not sure if I have changed; I followed the link, which brought me to my account page, but no mention of anything that I had to do.

Can anyone please help me out with this?
