Redeeming Vouchers on Sony Website

After ordering an item which failed to materialise Sony offered some vouchers in the way of compensation. I've just tried to buy something from the website and there doesn't seem to be anywhere to actually redeem them at the checkout. Can anyone help?

I suppose it depends what type of vouchers you were given.

Were they e-vouchers?

If so there is a section on the checkout page that allows you to input a code from an evoucher.
