When I copy a VSH to DVD, and then try to play it on my PC the PC dose not see the files. What is the file format? How do I change the format so I can play the DVD on my PC?

Probably you did not finalize the disc so the PC cannot read the content on it.
Video files are usually located in .VOB files.
