Hi I was about to pull money out as my mum is in hospital and wanted me to get the money out to get the bus and train down to the hospital to see her but PlayStation have taken £49.99 out of my account and I was going to pay for that on the 23rd but you took it today would there be any way you can refund it back please and I will pay it on the 23rd

It though sounds like you set up a subscription related to your Sony Entertainment Account which had auto-renewal enabled.
