I bought this TV back in October. The picture is less than sharp, the smart-TV keeps lagging/dropping out and the remote control takes forever to change channels. I've looked at a number of 'fix-it' type manuals. I'm incredibly disappointed with my purchase. Any suggestions for next steps in support?
