While I don't believe this issue would be specific to my device, I'm using a newly purchased E1.
Basically, the download and install of the WeatherNetwork app went fine. The problem came when I first launched it. The app starts with a page asking you to profile yourself (sex, age) and there is an OPTIONAL title to this. After selecting both sex & age, there is no button etc to press to "continue" past this point. I clicked all over the place and the only thing that works is going back- which essentially ends the launch of the app.
After making sure I wasn't been brain dead, I then tried pressing on the OPTIONAL title which also seemed like it might be a button- nothing happens.
While I can abandon using this app that I've used for years and find another, I'd rather try and figure out what the issue is.
Thanks!

Well slap me upside the head....
Rotating did not help, however, it did indirectly lead me to the solution.
First, the popup doesn't actually rotate at all, and initially I thought it meant that the app coding for that page was only partially working.
In the process, the rotation placed my finger much higher on the popup (in terms of the original orientation) and when I moved it accidentally, *part* of the popup scrolled.
MEH.
Turns out the the bottom of this profile popup is a rather large banner and if you attempt to scroll on any of the banner part, nothing moves. If you move your finger much closer to the top, it moves revealing the no-thanks or done buttons.
Makes sense overall, but perhaps that banner should quite take up 1/3 of the screen.
Thanks all!
Yes, I decide to also post the question the app developer through TheWeatherNetwork's website. Figured responses from them would be slower than here, so did both sort of in parallel.
Never though to rotate the phone- will try that. Maybe the continue button is off to a side.
I did try swiping in all 4 directions just in case there was a page format issue.
Thanks!

As per my earlier post, the App developer was indeed contacted. When they finally reply I will update them with my findings and suggestions.
