Problem installing any App [ E2115] E4 dual.

hello every one, how is going well this is it, i've got problem with my sony E4 dual sim [ E2115] i can not use it correctly , you know screen goes off for you know battery saving ot ok , but when i want to wake it up, i have to press power button several time ant yet its not working nice , i guess something wrong with software , cause i am not able to install or update any App, its working on installing but nothing work after several .

what should i do ?

- well you know Except reset factory , if u plz , [ i prefer to do sth else u know , inested of lossing all data ]

i do it , but nothing happen at all , still unable to install apps !

rebooting from safe mode and turn it on [with normal mode]

is there any other opption befor i think of Reset Factory ?

i try to reset factory , but its not working , i perresed the buttun under setting menu , but nothing happen ,

what is wrong with my phone , seriously what should i do now ?

buy another phone, almost any cheap chinese model is much better and they have the same support that sony gives us.

p.s. remove sd card if you have + remove any battery saver, notify or lockscreen customizer app you may have + remove any app that you don't use daily

p.s.2: remove all sim cards and check if any of them the problem

p.s.3. install any "double tap to wake" app just only to check if power button worked well.

Maybe you have installed too many apps so that right now you don't have enough storage for new apps. Also too many apps would degrade the performance so problems with button or screen corespondance should be expected. I think it's a very good phone with quality, performance, display and storage for most of the users. But it's not a high end and also much more expensive phone that would have more power and storage, if this is your problem.

yeah i'm agree this is good phone , really good but it happen this way so suddenly , no i do not have too many apps, just install them i use daily such as [ gmail,FB,Insta,whatsapp,COC]

well after all i figure out the power button problem cause of " STAMINA " mode , it work correctly now , but not always,

i think better to reset factory device , but help me, how can i do that , its not working under setting menu

i even try power off and hold volume key up+power key but nothing at all

its going deep into my Nerves

do a repair with pc companion, it will reset to factory settings your phone.

the phone does not detect with pc companion , what is going on ?

is there any way to Flash the phone at home ? seems this is the last chanse
