Inteernal Memory issue - Xperia E3 Dual D2212

Dear Team,

In White paper, Sony Confirmed that , Internal Memory is 4Gb. 

But my Phone has only 2Gb (1.7 GB = 0.7 GB is for Internal Applications + Remaining 1.0 Gb for user).

I was reinstalled the software in support center. But internal memory is 2GB  only.

I wish to get Replacement. Other wise, i wish to take this issue for Legal. Because sony was released White paper on this product as Internal Memory is 4Gb.

That sounds about right. If you look closer into the white paper, you can find the following information:
* Memory comprises approximately 2.3 GB of firmware, plus 1.7 GB of “Internal Storage” for music, pictures and movies, and downloaded applications and their data. For more details about memory, see “Memory in Android™ devices” on page 13.

That is why the white paper says "Up to 4 GB*".
