Try if issue is the same using headphones
Try to force 2g net
thanks for the help but i seem to have other problems with
calling ; i made a call this morning but now it says
(mobile network not available)
honestly i'm not sure if i'm using wifi or hotspot connection
which should i use in the setting? to make a call all the time with no issues?
i have service...i can get online ;use skype and google hangout but sometimes it just making
a simple phone call out; and incoming callthe same problem.
Do you mean a standard call or a VOIP call (that uses data connection or wifi)??
Do you have a red cross on the upper left side of the screen and/or 0 bars of signal?
Anyway go to
Settings>other>Mobile networks>Network operators>Set WCDMA(Preferred)/GSM
Settings>other>Mobile networks>Network operators: Set Select automatically
