How to turn off TalkBack and accessibility

I have set my xperia e phone to text to speech and can not turn it back off anyone got suggestions please

hi, have foud on youtube how to just go on Youtube.com and search for how to disable talk back on android.for some reason here it doesnt let me post the link but you will find it,

it is easy to scroll , if you use 2 fingers , i've just fixed my phone in 2 minuetes from a utube video , if the screen wont let you scorll , you must use 2 fingers to scroll to un lock your screen , then tap settings , then useing 2 fingers scroll to accsesabilty and tap talk back , and tapp twice to turn off

Many a solutions like flash tool, Volume Up+Power doesn't work always,,,i suggest every one do this  "to scroll through the menus with talkback on by double tap and scroll with two fingers. Took a bit to get it right, but its finally done!!!!!

Hello i need your help

my phone is on talk back mode and when i go to settings>accessability is shows the sync account. my device is sony xperia v LT25i. how can i get rid of talk back and where can i find that option in xperia v.. please help

It says an app is stopping my settings but I haven't added a new app!

I have worked it out it was my blue light filter because I was allowing it to draw over other apps and that stopped it madnes!!!
