the firmware 25.0.B.2.31
The phone won't work normally after shutdown & restart.
The phone won't show incoming call screen, and then SIM icon changes to "connecting", then no response.
If dial outcoming call, the screen won't change to dialling etc, though the receiver receives the call.
If go to sleep mode, the phone cannot wake up, until manuall turn off and restart.
If go to "both SIM" setting, it can't load & get hang there.
Already did using PC Companion to flash the ROM, also done factory reset.
This happens even if no app installed, no app removed.
Do not know if this is hardware & firmware problem.

hi there,
My bad.
Looks like the problem is caused by my putting a 64 Gb SD card (more than 58Gb of 19,000 wma files). The phone can read the content of the SD card, but the consequence is that it caused the phone to hang after reboot. Everything lags, even loading photos etc. Formating the phone also needs to wait.
If put a 32 Gb SD card (also full of wma files), no problem at all. So the issue is solved.
BTW, It worths mentioning that the phone can read "artist" tag of wma files when use Walkman app. It is a well-known problem of Android OS that cannot show the "artist" tag info of wma files.
Hi @klwk,
It's very strange as it sounds like a software problem. When you say you flashed the ROM, was the software repair the process you performed?

yes, but it would be nice if the phone system can be updated to support 64Gb or even 128Gb SD cards.
@klwk, This is more of a hardware restriction than a software one, so it's highly unlikely the SD card size limit will ever increase.
