Connect E5 to a Smart TV

Hello.... I have a new Sony Xperia E5 since yesterday and I´m still get use to it.....

So, I´d like to connect/mirroring to my Smart TV (Panasonic) but I can´t do it. Do I need any app? Can you help me on this?
