apps freeze

hello community,

                        i have a problem..like when i watching youtube..when i press backbutton 2times frequently...the apps just freezes...but the screen rotation and the home button works....

                        i dont know how to resolve this problem....looking for solutions

Settings > apps > all > youtube > clear data > check again

not only in youtube youtube is just an example....in all apps including camera...

it is not occuring everytime...but in sometimes...that makes me feel bad....

very well ill check in safemode and post the results

It might be an app acting up, if safemode doesn't help then repair your phone with PCC
