DSC-W560 trouble

on my camera is something strange going on. I would like to re-load the software of the camera.

does anyone know how to do it _?

Hi zadrugar, welcome to the Sony Forums

There isn't an available firmware update, according to the W560's download page. However you should be able to fix most glitches by resetting the camera to factory defaults.

Go to [MENU] > [Settings] > [Main Settings] and select Initialise.

Hopefully that will cure the odd behaviour.
