Hi my W320 has developed a fault. only the left half of the screen shows the image. The right hand half is just white. Also there are several horizontal lines going across the whole screen. Has anybody come across a similar problem?

The camera is 18 months old and I guess Sony only give a 12 month warranty although I can not find the length of the warranty documented anywhere. The European Guarantee Document does not specify or tells you anything that is useful!  Cheers

Hello wihucke11 - welcome to the Sony Forums

The majority of warranties are for twelve months only unless an extended warranty was taken out at the time of purchase. If you don't have any warranty info, then it will probably be the standard twelve months.

It does sound like there is a hardware fault with the camera and I would advise you to call Sony Customer Services to try and find out how much a repair will cost. There is an informative thread which will tell you everything you need to know:
