Cyber shot

I have  a cyber-shot DSC-W55 the lens keeps going in and out when turned on.  I purchased a new battery but this did not work either. Help!

it sounds like there may be an internal fault within the camera if purchasing a new battery hasn't helped. Therefore, I would advise you to contact Customer Services at Sony as they will be able to give you further advice about repair options and/or warranty details.
