I don't think this function is available within your camera.
You can get the same effect by editing the picture in PMB. Move the colour saturation slider fully to the left and use Save As to save the B&W picture.
If you wish to use this feature frequently, you may want to consider a more comprehensive photo editing program like Photoshop Elements which will convert to B&W, or other effects like Sepia.
