Anyone know how to reset Playmemories database of seen imports?

Reason I ask is that Playmemories regards all new media file as "seen" and refuses to upload them. 😠

Can I change 'upload only new' to 'upload everything'?

Where is the database - can I delete it so PM starts afresh?

Any other tricks?

I have 2 Sony cameras - both are suffering - my only option is to connect using USB which rather defeats (and makes obsolete) the whole Wifi upload feature, how can they do this???

Not sure about where the database is, but if you're using Windows, you can use a "deep/full uninstaller" like Revo Uninstaller or something similar which clears registry and saved/related files. Can't give more info if you're on a Mac cuz I don't own one myself at the moment sadly.
